Simply Bamboo

So impressed with the customer service and communication from Wayne at Simply Bamboo. He's kept me updated at every step of the way, right up until delivery this morning. Its been such a pleasure to order from them again. We had flooring from them about 5 years ago and decided to extended upstairs. Its been incredibly hardwearing and resistant to sun fade so it made sense to extend it to the stairs and landing.

Its our first time ever laying wood flooring, end we can say after 40 square meters of flooring , its very user friendly! We had to undo the living room to repair the floorboards, and we found it to be child play! We can even go so far as to say, we actually enjoyed this flooring project! Furthermore, we have to mention about there costumer service , from the beginning to the end we heard the smile in their advice! We definitely recommend simplybamboo flooring , and will get in touch with them for further projects!

We have used Simply Bamboo flooring for most of our house now! Looks so good, amazing colour (we went for natural), hard wearing (even with two boisterous boys!) and easy to fit. Delivery was quick and when we needed some assistance from the company they were quick to respond and very professional. Would highly recommend them for both the product and customer service.

I must say we have been ASTONISHED at the difference the flooring has made to our house. We have moved here recently to tiled floors throughout which were freezing. Even while the bamboo flooring was going down over the tin foil underlay, the fitters could feel the temperature in the house going up and up!! We dont have to have the heating up so high now and it looks absolutely gorgeous! Also there was so little waste! Literally a plank or two where there were doors to navigate around and it was so easy to install it almost did itself! My fitters were also impressed with the large size of area you can do without thresholds, giving a more unified appearance. I would never have discovered bamboo flooring if it hadnt been for Instagram - I saw a friend had some laid in her house (A friend whos house I never go to so wouldnt have found out in person!) Im so glad I found Simply bamboo! Due to the lack of waste and my incalculation of area, we now have enough to do an extra room which will mean our entire bottom floor will be covered in Bamboo.
