Good morning to all the Staff at Avisford. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all that you do for me. The lovely Nurse that did my blood tests yesterday was so good. The tests didn't hurt at all and she made me feel at ease (I'm a bit of wimp when it comes to needles). The ladies in reception are always helpful and smiling and when I phone in I am always helped as soon as possible.

Reception staff, extremely unprofessional and very rude towards a person suffering with metal issues. Not understanding at all. very horrible receptionists should be spoken too

If you ever need a blood test and are uneasy about it don't have the nurse I did , she was rude and told me go to St richards, very short and rude , god knows how she has a job there, her name is Mrs Angela davies

I have previously given a 5* rating, but my care has gone seriously downhill to the point where I've had to pay for a private consultant to get assistance with Arthritis. The musculoskeletal specialist they had at the time told me I was overweight and to go home and exercise. Was awaiting a return email from the practice manager regarding my complaint. I've now changed surgeries as my patience is done. The good things about Avisford: the nurses are lovely. Most of the reception staff are nice - apart from one surly head receptionist. Best GP is Dr Sidney if you can get an appointment with him at Middleton.
