Apetito - Meals on Wheels West Sussex

Horrendous service and meals. The delivery staff are lovely though. Had cyber attack in June and no bill since. Being taken over apparently and price hike. Meals come late, no longer getting a choice due to cyber attack, food is congealed and cold and sometimes doesnt come at all. No other company does this service so we are stuck. So bad and very upsetting.

Mum has had these meals for a few years. No other choice makes her stay with them. Most of the time the meals are dried up and stuck to the foil dish. And now she has no choice of meals she would like. Anything arrives, and it seems she's last on the list, so she gets what everybody else rejects. They go straight in the bin. Shes been relying on the dessert to be her only meal, but for 2 days they ran out of them, so a 100yr old lady left without anything to eat. AAnd still being charge

Really disapoiunting service from Apetito. Apetito are a law untoo themselves. Meals are alwys very early pre 11am or really late post 2pm. Customer service team seem to make every promise to secure business than disapear and hide when things go wrong. Really unreliable service.
