Yalding Surgery

It took a little while to get everything set up properly, and the chemist often doesn't have what they need in... But they are all kind, and try to help as much as possible. How do you be honest about the NHS, without insulting the individuals that try so hard to make it work?

How many surgeries text or ring patients testing positive for Covid? This is really representative of the caring approach from this surgery. I've been registered here for years and the staff are genuine, kind, responsive and respectful. Highly recommend.

I have been with this surgery for approximately 12 years. On several occasions I needed urgent attention which I received via home visits and then was promptly sent to hospital by ambulance. All the doctors with whom both my wife and I have had dealings with were dedicated and caring and never hurried us. They explained clearly the problems and the treatment. The nurses are all kind and pleasant. The dispensary staff, receptionists and the secretaries were helpful, friendly and efficient. The surgery is always spotlessly clean and the waiting area is pleasantly bright. We hated having to leave this surgery when we moved to another county and hope that we find a similarly good one in our new place.
