Thanks for doing a great and efficient job fitting our water softener. We have already recommended you to others and it's such a relief not to have limescale building up everywhere in our new home :)

Mark fitted a water softener in our new house just before Christmas. He did so efficiently and with no mess. The work was completed to a high standard and it was nice to see copper and soldered fittings in this age of plastic push fit. The work, timeline and price were all excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company. As for those considering whether to fit a softer, go ahead - it will make a huge difference and I would imagine that the cost of fitting will be more than recovered in the reduced use of soap and the reduced replacements in the plumbing system that it will save.

Just had a Minimax M2 fitted by Ultrapure. Excellent professional service, install was very neat and tidy. Happy to explain things, answer questions and didn't seem in a rush just to install and run away. You know you are going to be supported long term by the business owner, not just by a call centre.

Excellent service! I was very pleased with the service that Mark provided. I have a water softener that is no longer manufactured but Mark knew it well. I would highly recommend this company.
