Hylton Hound Hotel Kennels

Hylton Hound Hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions with ease. I recently boarded my very anxious dog here and they were fantastic with him. They posted pictures up of him on their social media account which I thoroughly enjoyed seeing, my dog was very happy and enjoyed his time at Hylton Hound Hotel having 1-2-1 attention with the staff as he was unable to be socialised with the other dogs. I would 100% recommend Hylton Hound Hotel.

My partially blind, hard of hearing rescue dog has been very well looked after by the team at Hylton Hounds every time she has been there. The staff are very kind and sympathetic to her needs and the updates of her we get to see on their Facebook page is very reassuring. We're so pleased we found them . We had a meet and greet last year before she first went in which was very useful and informative. I would definitely recommend them.

Daycare is very disappointing. Watched as 2 young bored staff chatted whilst dogs were left walking around ignored and one hurled itself at the gate repeatedly. Probably desperate to get away. My dog hadn't been looked after properly and was absolutely desperate for water. I would avoid and try somewhere that has staff that actually care about your dog.
