Moundsley Hall Care Village

This place is a shambles the management ( Denise ) is rude and a disgrace DO NOT PUT YOUR ELDERLY RELATIVES IN THIS PLACE !!

My husband was diagnosed with dementia seven years ago.for the last six months he was In Moundsley.,having previously been in two care homes. These six months were the best ever, the care was over and above,the staff and management were so loving towards him. His final days were made extra special to us as a family, and we were treated absolutely amazing,they looked after us as they had for my husband. Anyone who has to be cared for here are extremely lucky . We,asa family, cannot praise them enough. I will never forget them and everything they did for him and us.

The Staff are very friendly and very caring. My mother in law settled in very quickly in Kensington. .Would highly recommend Moundsley village hall.

After looking round multiple care homes for my Nanna we eventually decided on Moundsley! We couldnt have been happier with our choice and the outstanding level of care and compassion that she was shown we will be forever grateful for. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much
