Coloini + Lane Architecture

I needed some land registry compliant plans. I couldn't find a draughtsman, nor could I find an architect. Most architectural firms that I contacted were not interested in a small commission. One large architectural firm told me that they only did very large projects, however, they recommended Coloini + Lane. They were absolutely right, in a timely fashion I had my plans. Very professional, very accurate in every respect. If I ever have another project, small or large, they will be my first port of call.

Jon visited my property and talked through some ideas and plans myself and my partner had to increase the living space. He was professional, knowledgable and accurate about what could be done and gave us a clear idea about what we could expect from the proposed works. He left us with plenty to think about and we will certainly engage his services when we decide to move forward with our plans.
