        They do not have a phone "queue". You cannot contact them. I've been trying for months. It just disconnects

        My pension was going into my bank account on time. Now I'm worried as I didn't receive last month's I have sent an email but apparently it takes 10 day's to receive an answer if I get one. Overseas calls are expensive.

        You'll be in a queue if you phone them but it's worth holding on. The woman who took my call was extremely helpful, she understood right away what I needed and said she'd get a letter in the post to me immediately.

        I haven't received my pension for 5 months. I have notified them by letter every months to no avail. I am now sending emails to there Internatio. Quires Office. No reply from them yet.
