When looking at options regarding financial products we were very sceptical about the equity release market, and were very concerned about the much publicised negative equity possibility. However, discussing options openly and honestly with Mark he was able not only to alay our fears but he was able to produce a number of options to suit our particular needs.At no point did we feel pressurised into making a decision, in fact there was much tooing and froing which resulted in Mark putting our minds totally at rest answering all our questions about his products and services. The professional way in which Mark presented himself made us feel confident he was working in our best interests,quickly building a relationship we felt we coul trust. The option we chose has made a huge difference to our own circumstances, content in the knowledge that there will be ample equity in the property once our family inherit our estate, and increasing our monthly disposal income. Finally I would strongly advise people to look beyond the title " equity release" as having discussed it with family and friends there is still a stigma around this subject, when in fact there are several options to suit most peoples personal circumstances. All in all a great result !
