IguanaMed UK Medical Scrubs

Thought Id post a customer service recommendation/review Ive put a fair bit of weight on recently and the old scrubs were looking a trifle snug. Whilst not exactly being down with the kids (I actually like my trousers to be the right length and not so tight I look like a male ballet dancer), I thought Id like something less bin liner in cut than my Cherokee tops. The problem is all the reasonable looking ones seem to be cut in a way that XL is actually the traditional M as they seem to have adopted the sizing seen in the trendy stores like Hollister (where someone my age needs a torch to get around and has been known to not only ask if they do adult sizes but also deliberately unfold the garments and put them in a different colour order). However, I digress. I thought that Im going to have to order a fair number of sizes in order to find one that remotely fits, then be depressed for a month knowing Im now a 6XL given kids fit sizes now seem to be the default. However, I decided to see what @iguanamed uk scrubs had in stock. I duly ordered and paid for a couple of tops and trousers in a hopeful XL. Within a couple of hours Id had a direct message from David Bentley who is behind the company in the Uk. The result was a top and 2 pairs of trousers to try in XL. Result - these are top notch scrubs. A lovely smooth material that is impressively comfortable and just stretchy enough to accommodate my manbod with ease. Trousers just the right length and cut so you dont look like youre wearing your 10yr old brothers long trousers cut somewhere mid calf. Now Im sure iguanamed can also accommodate those who actually do like the trendy snug fit that shows off the guns and the lack of socks that seems so de-rigeur for the Instagram feed. I think there are also trousers with elasticated ankles if you also like the forgotten to take my bicycle clips off look. But for those of us that prefer the traditional fit and shape but are more modern than the Marquee fit that some do, these are pretty much the best scrubs Ive experienced. Whats even better is they appear to be sized as described. XL does appear to be what it says on the label. Im a Happy paying customer (a Ive not received any kickbacks or discounts to post this) but thought Id post a review and praise for a great experience.

Love these scrubs! Extremely comfortable, very well made (nice added detail tartan pocket linings) and durable. I've worn mine for 2 years now, having laundered 5 times a week, and there's years of wear in them yet. So pleased with them I've just received my 2nd order...mixing things up with different colours

I could not recommend them enough. The scrubs themselves are great, super comfortable, well-fitting and much more flattering than scrubs I've tried previously. The customer service I received was also top notch, they couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting sizes, fit, styles etc, they explained the ranges they offered and helped me to find exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be buying from them again in the future and I already have colleagues asking me where I got my scrubs.
