I have purchased recently 65 plate panel van from Mals Cars with full warranty and all was good until this Wednesday. My power stairing pump failed (nothing major) but I was unable to drive.Called Connor at Mals Cars and they collected my van in the next couple of hours from my location what was at that time around 45 minutes drive from the their garage. They fixed the van and also delivered back to me day later.Cannot be more happy with their business approach and customer service. Will always highly recommend this lads. Thank you very very much.

Although buying the car and service was good. My issues have came 6 months down the line when it came to renewing tax. I never received the log book. When I contacted dvla the car wasn't registered to me and they had never received the log book. Its now cost me a fine for having no tax and 25 to get a new log book in my name. Which is now going to cause me to struggle for the remainder of the month.
