Having spent one hour on Janes treatment table predominately with myofacial cupping for a hamstring injury my right leg no longer feels in pain or strain , i would strongly recommend this type of treatment for persistent sports injuries

What a wonderful experience! I went for a session with Jane along with my sister recently and loved it. I came away feeling totally relaxed (I fell asleep at one point during the facial for sure :D ) and next day felt refreshed. Jane was so welcoming and transmitted a feeling of calm through, which really helped make the experience that much more relaxing. Highly recommend that everyone and anyone give this a try!

I am really enjoying my Zone Face Lift reflexology with Jane - she is amazing. I always come away feeling so refreshed and uplifted. So far I have had four treatments and my skin is already feeling smoother and more refined so I cant wait to see the end results after twelve.
