Some friends introduced us to the monthly breakfast session. Very good idea and the pub seemed full at 10am. Not an extensive menu but perfectly good enough with traditional English in large or small and eggs Benedict or avocado on sourdough etc. Attentive, friendly service so all good and would recommend. Can't comment on the rest of the day's offering but I suspect it would be very good.

Had the lamb rack for a Sunday roast. It was great. Quick service, quality food and a nice atmosphere. Perhaps a bit expensive by local standards. Will certainly look to visit again if that way. Parking can be a bit of an issue when it is busy as its curb side in a small village. Recently visited for a second time. It could be becoming a victim of its own success. This time round the roast potatoes seemed like reheats, the rolled lamb was dry and overall it was a disappointment. Will probably look to try somewhere else next time we are visiting Norfolk.
