Fine City Photo Booths

I want to warn people Fine City Booths is a scam company, Al kindly took our money then did not supply the booth for our wedding and has not offered any reply to the dozens of emails, calls and messages we or our wedding venue have sent. We never have received a reply, apology or refund and its been a while now. Very disappointing, if you are planning an important event, or do not have spare money to line con-peoples pockets, then do not use this company. I thought perhaps they had gone under, so my friend tested it and they are still offering to take new customers money which confirmed to me theyre absolute scam artists and I feel rather ashamed to have fallen for it. I hope noone else makes the mistake of thinking this company is legit.

Really disappointed so far. The initial communication and booking and wide range of products in 2018-2019 were amazing, and my fianc actually cried upon finding the perfect rustic photobooth. We have had to reschedule multiple times due to covid, and have let fine city photobooths know every time we knew about changes. However we have had no response. Its now approx 8 months to our big day and, despite attempting to call all the phones and leaving multiple emails, we still have had no response at all. Really disappointed so far for the absence of service and would not recommend unless they get back to me ASAP. We have no choice but to look for alternatives. However we will be pushing to get our deposit back.

Do not use this company. We booked back in November paid a deposit and had no contact from them. I have attempted to email, call and message on Facebook and still no response. I have visited the address listed and no one there. We are getting married this weekend and have no photo booth as everyone else is fully booked. Thanks fine city photo booths.

I was due to have a photo booth for my wedding on 28.05.22. I received a blanket email saying that all upcoming booths had to be cancelled and a refund would be sent out in due course. It also mentioned that no one would be present to answer the phone, so email would be the only way of contacting during this time. It has been a week since sending over my details and still received no email or phone response or refund. I'm worried I won't get my money back, so suggest not booking this company or looking for someone else if you have already booked.

Absolute fun thing to add to an experience. I did this as a suprise for my sons wedding and I'm so glad I did. Super photos and you get a keepsake book with photos and comments from guests. The shrieks of laughter was great to listen to. The staff that ran it were brilliant and fun and explained everything . The choice of booth and design and layout of photos was vast. My only downside was a bit of lack of communication from them during the booking stage. All worked out in the end though. Thank you
