I started training with Terry last year, and I couldn't be happier with the results I've seen so far. From the very beginning, Terry took the time to understand my fitness goals and created a customized workout plan to help me achieve them. Not only is Terry extremely knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, but also has a great personality that makes each session fun and motivating. He pushes me to work hard and challenge myself, but also knows when to adjust the intensity to prevent injury. Overall, I highly recommend Terry to anyone looking to improve their fitness and achieve their goals.

Terry is so easy to get along with. Terry is the perfect Coach as he always listens and immediately gives his knowledge and experience on how to help/get better.

I arrived at Terrys door nearly a year ago, feeling frustrated and low because of near constant back pains. Terry took me gently from where I was, never over pushing in anyway. Through consistency Im now in a very different place, getting stronger and happier each month. Hes knowledgeable, supportive and great to have as a trainer. Im lucky enough to have got a spot on his women only fitlean sessions, which are now a staple in my week, I love them!

I have been training with Terry since autumn 2022. I've in more recent years had a strange relationship with exercise, with periods of exercising regularly, and periods of not exercising at all. Since training with Terry I have not wanted to stop and haven't dropped out. I always look forward to our sessions - they are both enjoyable and challenging. Terry pushes me in a way that I wouldn't push myself - but has this ability to make the sessions really enjoyable and not overwhelming for me. As someone who has suffered with dreading working out, this is a really lovely experience. Sessions contain lots of variety but ensure consistent progress across a range of areas. Terry is patient and kind and understands the challenges that get in the way of diet and nutrition, and is able to offer non-judgemental and realistic advice. I have made great progress - I am observing changes in my body and am feeling conditioned and stronger. We regular reassess goals and Terry is supporting me to identify new goals whilst developing and maintaining lifestyle changes that are beneficial to myself and my family in both the short and long term. I really love my sessions with Terry and would recommend him to everyone.
