        Easy to get to by public transport (the bus stop is literally outside). Went to visit a relative, around lunchtime. Who's personal care should have been carried out. I only had half an hour to spare, had to sit down in the main entrance and wait. For a good 20 minutes,or so. The residents kept themselves occupied, in fact were more on form than the staff. The code system (which were giving) for the doors upstairs, very confusing (I understand its so that residents can't escape). In fact The facilitators were more helpful than management. A resident kept walking about in other residents rooms very confused. When phoneing the care home the manager very abrupt in 2018, explaining that person x not welcome here (sutherlands) any more.
