        I used Mark as my Mortgage Adviser when moving property. I could not be more impressed by the service I received from Mark. He responded to any queries I had very quickly, and was generally very helpful. The moving process I had was far from straight forward, as I was purchasing the first property on a new build estate, so there were issues that cropped up, but Mark dealt with them all really efficiently. He even managed to negotiate the removal of an early repayment penalty for my former lender, which was completely unexpected, but very welcome and saved me over 1,000. If I could give 6 stars I would. Youre a credit to Warners FS. Thanks for everything. Charlie
