0 STARS.....I cant believe I am forced into giving you one star. They are making me more mentally ill than before. I am finally reaching out getting help and they do not even call you at appointment times. Outrageous. If you call me on time then I might amend this review to 2 stars. But your terrible at the services you offer and should be totally ashamed that your failing people.

Sad to say the service doesn't function in any meaningful sense. You can ring every day for two weeks and still the manager will never ring you back. "Sam Renshaw is in a meeting..." Again and again. It is now dangerous how poor this service. People in need are left all on their own in a difficult climate...to say the least.

Referred urgently 7 weeks ago took four week for anything medicinal to be issued and then it was a referral back to my GP as their medical review team were still unavailable! I was told twice I would be issued a case worker and that they wouldve act me once my treatment started and check in to see how it was affecting me etc! Im still waiting and Ive tried calling and calling! Desperate people do desperate things, this is just adding to my on going anxieties and mental health issues
