Reno Refills Limited

I have been shopping here since they opened and they have never failed to sell me the products i wanted, have learned my tastes, so they can make helpful suggestions and have expanded the refill ranges. I now get my teas, coffee, cleaning products, as well as wine and deli counter items. I love having the choice of tasty vegan options and organic wines which you won't find in a supermarket. one of my all time favourite shops!

Brilliant Local Wine shop. Chris is really knowledgeable on wine, beer and anything else in the shop especially the huge variety of Gin's. My favorite is buying wine by the bottle, simple buy a refillable bottle and then choose from the vast selection Reno Wine sell. Reno also sell a range of refillable products, from laundry liquids to store cupboard items and have a whole selection of eco friendly items.

Absolutely disgusted with the dirt in this shop. I was told I could collect a tombola prize for a charity event. Several weeks passed and every email I sent got ignored. They then pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. Having gone in the shop today, I was accused of being a fraudster! The letter , which they apparently didn't have, appeared. It states the charity, charity number and all details. The horrible man in the shop said it was fraud and I'm a liar. I said contact the charity then and they will confirm. He then replied " I don't need to its obvious." Don't say you will donate something then refuse to and call me a fraudster!! How dare you! Trading standards have been told. This is going to the top. The only fraudulent one is you!
