        VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Misleading information about buyers status for six months, kept being told mortgage was coming through within days.. Still not sold and left in financial uncertainty.. Poor communication throughout. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

        I brought my house through William h brown. All the service I recieved was amazing, my sale was extremely long and difficult but I had regular updates and support from the team. I would highly recommended them.

        Unfortunately a most unhappy experience. Found us a buyer [which any agency would have done frankly] and then did not communicate with us, other agents or our solicitors for over three months. Didn't even know we had exchanged contracts! We have formally complained and they have said it is not a 'service level agreement' and have offered derisory compensation for their appalling service. We will never use again.
