        I wish Id discovered MERC PRO years ago rather than wasting my money on a very Inflated main dealer service plan . The friendly customer service and work done is exemplary with a comprehensive and experienced knowledge of Mercedes Vehicles .         Richard sorted out my issue for a fraction of the price that was quoted by the local main dealer. We also found out that the main dealer was planning to over-fix things in the first place. Ill be sticking to Merc-Pro for any future issues. Wouldve done my servicing with them too if I didnt opt in to do that at the main dealer already. Great customer service!
