Boilercare have been outstanding in every respect from the very first contact with Courtney, followed by Simon's excellent technical advice and then Brad and Aidan's first class and very diligent installation service. They went above and beyond in every respect and we really enjoyed having them work at our home for the last few days. We would highly recommend Boilercare and the superb team who work wonderfully together and are clearly very happy team, which speaks volumes! Service: Heating system installation

I have used boilercare for over ten years. They have always been prompt, efficient and polite, until recently. A year ago they installed anew boiler. There was no problem with that except for the attitude of the two installers. They were exceptionally rude, using the toilet without asking, going into every room in the house without asking permission, and pouring some waste onto our lawn which caused a dead area of grass. One them complained and asked me to go away and not look at what he was doing. Whise house is it anyway. I made no complaint. This year the boiler was serviced by Kevin who has been every year. He found something they hadn't done properly. No problem with Kevin. Then we started to get problems with the radiators not heating. Someone else came. I explained the problem and symptoms. He changed the pump. It was even worse, no heating at all. So he put the old pump back. He suggested a few other possibilities and declared he thought there was a blockage in a pipe and he didn't have time. I agreed to his suggestion of cutting out some pipes to check but said in my opinion I thought it unlikely. He immediately took offence, stormed off in a huff and said someone else would come back to do the work. I phoned them and the owner Simon phoned back. I agreed to what they wanted to do but repeated in my personal opinion I was not optimistic. That was all I said. He immediately took offence and declared that they didn't want my business any more. It seems that a culture of rudeness and the customer is always wrong has taken over the company and it comes from the top. I have since heard the same from someone with inside knowledge. Our boiler decided to die (emptied itself of water) on a Thursday, one of the coldest days of the winter so far. I phoned Boilercare ltd. Within a couple of days, Simon had been and had emailed quotes for the two boilers we'd talked about. I emailed Simon on Sunday with my choice and it was fitted on Wednesday, we we warm again. Within a week we'd gone from paddling in hot water to having a brand new boiler up and running. Boilercare and their engineers were very professional, they oozed confidence, polite, friendly and left the place spotless, perfect. Any new oil boiler is going to cost a largish amount of money but I have never been more convinced that picking Boilercare was the best decision I've made in a long time, very very happy.
