        I joined Saxon CrossFit after a trial that was organised easily and quickly via email. I havent been able to commit to a full membership right now due to work and childcare commitments but I would recommend this box to anyone and everyone. There is a friendly community spirit and all workouts are scaled and adapted to every members needs. I will be back! Many thanks to all who made me feel welcome. Ill be continuing some of the workouts from home until I can return.
