        My wife died in February which we attribute to a shocking lack of care in this home. Dont be fooled by the 2018 CQC rating or old reviews. Before using this care home you need to read the front page article in the Eastern Daily Press of 5 November 2022 about the Inquest into the death of my wife after a 2 week stay at Windmill.

        I would like to thank all the staff at windmill house for all the care and attention they showed my father, They always treated him with great care and respect. I would recommend Windmill House to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

        As volunteers at Wymondham dementia support group, we have had a couple of our close friends that have become residents at this care home. It is a kind and friendly place. All the residents are well looked after and the premises are clean kept in good order. We visit our friend regularly and take her to the near by Pabulum Caf once a week. The home is close to the centre of town, so benefits from the local amenities.
