Alcosa

Last month, Alcosa built a false chimney breast in our living room, supplied and fitted a twin wall external flue, plus the woodburner itself. They are a pleasure to deal with, from the sales staff to the installers. Richard and (Jack?) the installers are clearly very passionate and care about the work they do, and also work very tidily. The price for the work was competitive with other quotes we got. I highly recommend Alcosa to anyone thinking of having a woodburner in their home. We will get round to painting the chimney breast plasterwork one day!!

I had the greatest experience with Alcosa. Especially the instalment team. Richard and his co-worker, were so professional. They kept the site tidy and worked efficiently, showing brilliant craftsmanship. I was truly impressed and would defiantly recommend. A very pleasant experience with a hight end finish.

Sadly I wouldnt recommend, although I am very happy with the fire and the fitters that installed it the sales experience wasnt so good. I asked for a quote and with no site visit carried out I received an estimate this then led to an extra 300 added to the end bill without any prior notice. I feel strongly that better initial surveying would have made my experience better.

Had a wood burner fitted by Alcosa cant praise the team enough from the show room staff to the installers Arrived on the date quoted, installed with very little mess and inconveniences (did exactly what is said on the tin) efficiently of the nee stove is incredible This stove was installed after another local company made such a bad job the stove had to be removed as installation condemned by manufacturer and Heatas Really cant praise this company enough. Not the cheapest but when you weigh everything up certainly good value for money Well done and thank you

Rude and absolutely awful service by owner. If I could give zero star I would . Unless u are spending thousands he doesn't want to help at all. I just wanted him to supply but he was not happy as not enough money in it for him. Plenty of other cheaper places around
