Worst hair cut, i have ever had ... never going back.... had to cut dodgy bits and stray hairs when i got home ... 3 weeks later still a pudding basin

I visited this salon today for the first time. I had a colour and restyle with Kim. I received a really warm welcome and felt at ease immediately. Kim listened to exactly what I wanted in my consultation prior to my appointment where she was extremely helpful and gave lots of advice. I have left the salon this afternoon with a better haircut and colour than I could have imagined. I am so pleased and have already booked my next appointment. I will highly praise this place for the rest of my hair cut days. Mel is absolutely brilliant. She has so many years of experience and really takes care and understanding when you explain what you would like done to your hair. She's chatty and so friendly and makes you feel really good and at ease. I always leave her salon feeling a million dollars with my hair and nothing is too much of a hassle for Mel.
