Absolutely gob smacked !!
I stood and waited for my name to be called as I phoned it through before I left Attleborough. When I eventually got to the front of the enormous queue a rude young girl went to pick a pile of parcels that had been sat there for at least 10-15 minutes !!
When I told her I didn't want them, she was so very rude to me half the shop was shocked with the way she talked back to me !!
When my order was completed for the second time she bashed them down on the counter and said there that's your order, I then said I haven't paid and she didn't even realise.
How very rude !!
Please tell your staff it's the customers that pay your wages perhaps this particular child will learn some manners !!!
