        Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Arrived as planned on a Monday to fit a kitchen and utility units in a new build project. Stayed three days, then left promising to be back the following Monday to complete the work. That did not happen, so I'm left with a less than half finished task. Numerous telephone calls were to no avail with the Company saying they were too busy to progress the work at the moment. Could not give a definite date when. PNW Carpentry Ltd certainly does live up to their aim on their website. A serious knock on effect to my project with a considerable financial hit.
