        Online states you are open however after a wasted car journey in you are shut. Please update your website as it's very misleading especially when the nearest bank branch is not where you live !

        A very pleasant place after extending my business here due to a rogue individual working at Nationwide a few doors down who seems to 'thrive ' off creating unecessary obstacles and difficulties as part of a 'power and control ' type personality. Highly recommended to do business with, polite and swift.

        Been with HSBC for six years (since I was 14), needed to upgrade my card, was on a 'My Account' which isn't a full on bank account, specifically for those from 14-18 years old. Booked an appointment with Louise Buckley (senior customer service officer). She was extremely helpful, got my card upgraded, talked me through everything, answered any questions and she even got me bank charges from start of 2016 refunded- thanks Louise!
