        Went in looking to setup banks account for my children and rudely got told to go home and do it online. Went next to NatWest who were really busy but did everything they could to help and and give me what I needed

        Friendly staff. But they can only take 10 bags of coins per day - why is this? I had to come back twice, which was unnecessary.

        A local branch that is excellent. I had a problem with a change of signatories on a Club account - sorted by the manager Marcus. Later, an issue with a PofA and once again Marcus stepped in and resolved. In both instances I had first tried to deal with Lloyds by telephone and failed. The senior staff at Wymondham branch are a pleasure to deal with.
