Barclays Bank

This bank is useless, the counters are closed for half a day meaning you can not do foreign exchanges or any counter transactions, Pathetic,

Went to have documents certified for a Barclays Business Bank Account. The branch certified them with incorrect wording! Very rudely told me this is how it is done at Barclays no matter what was requested on the letter I was holding. I showed the rude assistant the letter, who was obviously embarrassed, as this was a letter from Barclays, stating the wording that they must include when certifying the documents. The assistant did not apologise but just rudely walked off and left me standing there! After a few minutes another assistant came to see me and completed the certification, without saying a word to me! I have given 1 star I wish I could give zero!

Staff are so much nicer and most of the staff go out of there way to help. One of the staff can be a jobs worth and rude, but I make sure I always avoid her anyway so does not bother me, so if it was not for her I would give them 5 stars.

Staff dont know what they are doing. They are arrogant and talk down to you. When you challenge them on this they become argumentative. I will never come to this branch ever again.
