I have a very timid large Chinchilla Persian boy and his very angry tiny sister that needed a full groom recently. They have been groomed by a professional before (and hated every minute of it) but this was the best groom they ever had. Jayne is really calm with them and my boy was actually put well at ease....he even seemed to enjoy it. My angry girl was still angry but Jayne handled her nonsese very well. She just knows how to handle cats well. We could have made 2 new cats from the fur she groomed out and they are both looking absolutely gorgeous now! Totally recommend her and am already booked in for next time.

Jayne worked very gently with my elderly boy Wilbur. She took into account his needs and suggested a plan of how he should be groomed in the future, which I am very happy with. I am pleased to say I have found an excellent cat groomer and would recommend her to any cat owner.

Jayne was very professional and calming with my 2 who had never been professionally groomed before. Both feel lovely and silky (and no more "maltesers" on the long haired one )
