    Very fast to take your money and deliver on time, but when it comes to repairs, well I've been waiting 10 weeks for my mobility scooter to have a part replaced. When I call head office they lie to me making various excuses as to why the part has not arrived. I even got told that I must pay 550 and to claim the money back off my insurance,, but when I contacted my insurance company they stated that this is certainly not how it works. Middletons are to do the work and claim back from my insurance. My insurance company (Mark Bates) stated they they have also tried on numerous occasions to contact Middletons mobility but with no luck. I'm at the end of my tether with Middletons and my personnel experience is to advise potential customers to go elsewhere to avoid the stress I'm encountering since 6th June 2022 and still now. I've even written a registered mail to the 2 CEOs of Middletons and been completely ignored. If I could have put O star then believe me I would.

    Can't fault them. Our salesman was Jon and we went to the Coventry shop to purchase two folding mobility scooters. Jon was extremely cheerful, welcoming, acommodating right from the start.Not once did we feel as if we were being pressured, he was very patient and allowed us as much time as we needed before deciding on a purchase. He is an excellent salesman not a bit pushy like some salesman and we would have no hesitation in recommending Middletons to anybody. First class service.
