        Fantastic staff and store. They go out of their way to help you and make your experience a good one. Lots of really good bargains, with the best prices within a chairty shop. Staff are polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a trip

        Such rude staff! Visited on 15/01/23 and had such an awful experience. The man at the till shouted at woman in the queue in front of me in such a horrible way, she then left in shock! The man then shouted whilst putting my items through the till and nearly ripped a dress I was purchasing whilst taking out the hanger despite me saying that I think the dress needs to be undone. The other staff member was also shouting at customers who were browsing! Never have I experienced such rude people or been spoken to like that! Wont be visiting again.

        Fantastic store with so much choice and smells fresh when walking around. Staff lovely and friendly and I love the selection of teapots available.
