Complete waste of time. Visited the shop last night about 15 minutes after the text came through to pick up my new phone. Arrived for them to express that there wasnt enough time to do the transfer as they were closing in an hour. Not great, when you have an excited customer wanting to get a new phone. Told to come back back tomorrow morning. Arrived 9:30 this morning - phone gets valued with a small scratch on the screen and my current phone is valued less than 50%!! Wow. My wife was with me wanting to upgrade and get an Apple Watch too. Major disappointment to the point of walking out this morning cancelling the order and getting a refund. EE have given me full trade in price for my phone, leaving O2 after 10 years + with them all ways have been great. Total lack of care I felt with this shop. Wont defiantly wont be coming back.
