Went out for a date night with my partner what a mistake picking TGIs , table booked for 1900 which was great , however all down hill from there. No one took our order for 25mins , managed to grab someone and order some drinks and all our food . 45 mins later still no drinks or food , spoke to the manager and finally managed to get a drink and our starter an hour after arriving! Simply not enough staff to deal with how busy it was overall food was terrible , service terrible and I couldnt be more gutted that I chose to do there. Would not recommend and considering its not cheap either I would look else where.

TGI is my favourite but this one is the worst. Front desk totally ignored me while 2 families of seven pushed in front of the queue. First time I was willing to let it slide but the second time was just insulting. Waygu burger was dry and burnt to a crisp, slapped together in a stale, squashed bun. Absolutely devastated that I paid 20 for this, honestly wish I'd gone to McDonald's instead. It was worse than a Rustler's burger. Would have complained but nobody even bothered to ask. Beyond disappointing.
