Do not purchase from this company! Very poor service. Bad communication. Ordered items that were not delivered, when finally got to speak to someone they just blame suppliers for delays. Avoid at all costs.

Following recommendation from friends I visited this furniture shop last month for the first time and was surprised to find so much choice. The staff here were very helpful and spent a lot of time showing myself and wife through the various collections of bedroom furniture. This week we have taken delivery , the delivery team were polite and very careful ,we are so delighted with the quality, prices and service received. Looking for living room furniture next so will be back very soon ! Thank you

I'm amazed to read a negative on customer service. We were treated very well despite our indecision and repeat visits. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. We ended up with two items of furniture that we are delighted with in terms of quality, appearance and function. What more could anyone ask for?

Absolutely love the furniture, but I am disgusted by the "customer service",or lack of it.I can honestly say I have never been spoken to or treated the way I was by Lindsey, who was rude and verbally aggressive.I had every intention of buying a dinning room table and chairs from this place but will go elsewhere because of her.
