We've just got back from a 2 night stay as a base here for a trip to west midlands safari park. Overall we had a great stay and no complaints, just some minor issues stopping a 5 star review. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beds were okay and pillows too. Walls were so thin we could hear the very amorous couple next door, made putting the kids to sleep a bit awkward! Breakfast was fine and the kids enjoyed it. Parking was a bit of a pain mostly because of McDonalds next door and people taking the spaces! Overall we really enjoyed.

As far as I could tell the room was spotlessly clean The duvet had an actual proper duvet cover on it, which is more than most high-end chains manage with their less hygienic layered sheeting approach so well done with this Just the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, with some healthier options; instead of green bananas and dead satsumas maybe some diced and sliced fruit would be good. Fair value overall
