Absolutely rubbish customer service with Lakeland staff who do not communicate with each other. I will never shop here again after buying and returning 2 overpriced not working air fryers and a manager who was very brazen and did not give a monkeys so beware. I was offered a 30% discount on a different model air fryer and due to the fact of all the back and forth to exchange as I have a 38 mile round trip to exchange the item. My endless calls to customer service were totally fruitless as they do not communicate with the store properly and the Bridgemere manager refused to honour the agreement and not offer the discount even though the main customer service had told me the info had been relayed. They do not listen to the customer and following instructions. The lady was adamant she would not pass on the discount ending in me fuming and rushing out of the shop before I lost it totally embarrassing. I will no longer tender business with this company again total waste of time dealing with jobs worth's. Plus I was there prior to opening and was waiting for the store to open supposed to be 9.00am they opened the door at 9.04am then I had to wait for the manager who eventually saw me at 9.20 the rest is history very shoddy. I ended up with no Air fryer and having to purchase one from another company so please make sure you follow up your chats to stores and their customer service dep't to make sure instructions are followed it will save you the embarrassment I endured in store

I love this place! The tea is amazing. Introduced it to my dad and he loves it too. Best tea in London!
