Kate is energetic, motivating and inspiring and fun to work with. She had helped me think of next steps for my business that could be actioned straight away. I have done Kates free challenge and am working in one of group courses Kate is amazing, funny and super fabulous at what she does and it was this passion and integrity that drew me back Kates friendly and down to Earth approach keeps it real which is what gets the results as you can relate so much more to someone who is just themselves rather than a business front I have grown in so many ways since working with Kate and would highly recommend her
