No hard sell or BS but a honest and open approach to helping you in your purchase. In my case in particular I encountered some issues that significantly delayed my following up after leaving a deposit and Oliver couldn't do enough to help. Small, friendly dealer, very clean low mileage examples. My Brother purchased what can only be described as 'like new' condition fiesta st180 recently what a fantastic car He is thrilled to bits with it, the whole dealer process was so easy very quick turnaround. After being impressed by the initial service provided by the sale of my wonderful Jaguar F-Pace S. I can confirm that the back up service that was provided when the car developed a problem was simply outstanding! Having previously only dealt with main dealers I feared the worst. However, Oliver at Nigel Dalley Specialist Cars couldnt do enough to help, simply outstanding service and I for a fact wont hesitate to contact him again for any future purchases. A great company, with fantastic stock and an even better service.
