On Wednesday of this week I was in a bind to obtain an engraved brass plaque to go on a temporary grave marker. Late in the afternoon I came across the Engraving Workshop web site. I was able to place my order without any manual intervention. No sooner had I placed the order than I realised that I had got the height and width dimensions the wrong way round. I sent an email asking the Engraving Workshop to make the correction. I received an email from Amanda by return confirming that she had already spotted the error, corrected it, and the plaque was already being worked on. On Friday late afternoon I received the plaque through my letter box. The packaging was an art form in itself and great care to protect the plaque. I was mightily relieved to see that the plaque was made of real brass with bevelled edges and spot on size. The inscription was in the font and size requested, and the plaque beautifully polished. I can't speak highly enough of the personal care and attention displayed throughout the whole process. I told Amanda that this was the best service I have received anywhere for a long long time.

I ordered from the Engraving Workshop on 08/11/20 and still have not received my order. I have emailed & had no reply and phoned twice, which goes through to an inbox that is full. Do not order from this shop.
