Amazing. Ben photographed our wedding in February 2020. The photos were amazing. He managed to get everything we wanted and more. Both Ben and Zeke were unobtrusive on our say yet our guests commented on how friendly they were. Definitely recommend

Ben was the photographer at our wedding and we're really pleased we booked him. Neither of us are totally comfortable having our picture taken but Ben put us both at ease throughout the day, and was very clear that he was quite happy to be in the background capturing the key moments rather than dictating when they needed to happen! The photos themselves look amazing too - we're so pleased with them!

Ben was absolutely superb as our wedding photographer - his experience and expertise really showed. He has a flair for capturing genuine emotion, and manages to find beautiful compositions even in the briefest moments. We're delighted with the photos he has taken, and will be able to look back on the joy of that day for the rest of our lives! He met us before the wedding day and made sure he understood what we were looking for, as well as offering some good advice on timetabling of the day that I think really helped things run smoothly. He then did a great job adapting to our needs on the day itself; that included managing to photograph three dogs at once, coping with my and my partner's lack of enthusiasm for being in front of a camera, and handling a somewhat flexible schedule. He really took everything in his stride. As a person he is very friendly and was just easy to have around on what was quite a stressful day - he did a good job at putting people at their ease, manoeuvring people for the group photos, and fading into the background where necessary. When we were looking through the photos afterwards, we were amazed at how much he must have moved around to get all the shots that he did during the ceremony and speeches - we really had no idea how energetic he must have been! I really appreciated how non-invasive he was; while there are a huge number of photos of us, I wasn't aware I was being photographed the vast majority of the time, which is great for us as a slightly camera-shy couple. Having been to other weddings where the photographer has been more pushy and demanding, I was really happy we went with someone so easy-going and in-tune with what we wanted. We chose Ben based on all the genuine laughter he seemed to capture in his portfolio, and we weren't disappointed on that front - he took loads of candid shots of our friends and family, so we could see all those moments of happiness our guests were having that we didn't have time to be part of ourselves. We also did a short shoot with just the two of us, and we really are beyond delighted with those. We're not an easy pair to photograph but Ben set things up so that most of the time we didn't really notice or think about the camera and could just be ourselves, and that worked extremely well. Again, lots of genuine laughter and smiles! And even the obligatory posed photographs, which I was rather dreading, Ben managed to get through so quickly and with such good humour that it felt remarkably easy. And amazingly got group photos where no one is blinking! Quite a feat with certain members of my family. All in all, Ben was friendly, flexible, and really an expert in his art. It's been such a joy to look through the photographs he has taken, and I know we will cherish them forever.
