        Very dissatisfied, having boarded my dog once and been told all went well and that she was perfectly settled, I re-booked. All went well, and was looking to drop her off, but when I tried to adjust the day for the booking due to change of plans, I was told she hadn't settled well at all last time and could not be booked in!! This flies in the face of the fact she was already booked in, and completely contradicted what I was told after her last stay.....don't know what to say, but I wouldn't recommend if you want a reliable kennel experience for sure.
