From the beginning, the team (especially Alan) at Motovans was transparent, communicative, and supportive throughout the process. They demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, which is evident in how they handled the issues I encountered with the van.
During the pre-handover stage, the Motovans team sent me photos of the body work repairs, and even raised the van up on a ramp to allow me to inspect the quality of the underside. This level of attention to detail gave me the confidence that I was making an informed decision.
Shortly after purchasing the van, I encountered an issue with the body control unit. While this was a setback, Motovans immediately stepped in to address the problem. They provided me with a replacement vehicle, ensuring that I was not inconvenienced during the time it took to repair the van. Additionally, the warranty they provided covered the costs of the repair.
