I have been using this company for a few years now. I would say it's been a 50/50 hit and miss experience. I've purchased seamless slip lid tins in various sizes and colours, welded tins etc. I've had some perfect orders, but also poor quality, loose lids, scratches/ scuffs/ glue marks. I would say the quality has unfortunately declined since I started purchasing. Customer service is helpful, and in my experience I was offered refunds/ replacements when required. I hope to keep working with this company, and to see the quality of the tins return to back how they were in 2021. Especially as the prices have risen (2021- 100x T0768 37 ex VAT, 2023- 100x T0768 44.00 ex VAT).

Unfortunately my order took almost 14 days to arrive which would have been ok however when I opened the pack the top layer of lip balm containers were scratched and had visible scuffs on them. Wont be ordering again as it seems the quality is less then what youd get on Amazon. Id prefer to order from a company that specialises in containers but it seems they likely source their containers from the same country as most Amazon producers.

Decided to order a sample tin first instead of going straight in for the box of 100. Really glad I did, ordered yesterday and arrived today so super fast process. Really pleased with the sample and so used the 10.00 off my next order voucher and proceeded to buy the 100 box of my preferred tins. A really quick and easy process throughout and I look forward to starting work on my candles. Thank you.
