Shynee originally designed by website back in 2016 and it was great, they were at first responsive with any amendments needed on going. Oh how this changed. They just completely started to ignore supports requests, I have their jot form support request confirmation dating back over 2yrs that were never actioned or even answered. I would leave telephone messages for them, email Colin (director) without reply, absolutely shocking. For 2 years I was requesting a merchandise page to be added to my site without any response at all. I switched the hosting of my website, servicing etc earlier this year to another company and within 2 weeks my site was redesigned and everything added that I needed. Everything at first seems very professional but once they have your business its far form professional. Even though I emailed, telephoned them and sent a support request (with confirmation received back) telling them I had switched hosting companies etc Colin Cornwall continued to send an invoice for hosting/service. Dreadful. I have NEVER written a negative review for any business before (it's just not my style) & I hope I'll be able to edit this review IF anyone ever gets back to us & our website is finally up & running. We signed up last AUGUST for a Bookalet website (designed, it turned out, by Shynee) which we were told would take 2 weeks to create. Yes, we were a bit slow with supplying some some elements but since providing just about everything they needed by last NOVEMBER & providing updates/comments when requested, we have struggled to get any response from Colin. On the couple of occasions when I've actually managed to get hold of him he's said "yes, definitely be done for next week", "I'll make sure that's done straight away" & so on... Each time we get in touch it takes WEEKS to get any further action or response, & then only because, after waiting for a week or two each time, I have chased several times. The last we heard was on 27th April (in response to an email with requested comments on the design sent on 28th March, follow up on 23rd April & chased up on several occasions after that) - a text saying 'will make sure the amendments are made this week', since when...nothing. It is now 9 MONTHS since we paid the initial 500, the booking season is well advanced & we can't take any direct bookings for our 3 holiday lets or send past customers our long-promised website. Our non-functioning website looks pretty much exactly as it did as a first draft in development last autumn. Come on, Colin, don't you or Bookalet value your customers? May 5th, 2022

Awful. They made me believe they were professional. We even signed a contract. I wasted my time, came twice to see their director, gave instructions on what needs to be done on the web design front. It did alarm me when I was in their office and another client was calling them and they just damped his call. But I couldnt imagine this would happen to me too! I waited a month(!) for them to update me on results after we signed the contract and they got instructions on what to do. They never got back to me despite me calling them 10 times or more. My business got stuck and after a month of calling them trying to find on their progress, I had to give up on them and hire another agency. Their secretary would puck up the phone and notify me that they would call me back shortly and update with results but that never happened. I gave up. Wasted a month of time. Very dissapointed.
