I have been here three times and I have been abused by staff and patients. They got my section wrong and wrote my name on another SU's paperwork. They held me against my will when informal, they prompted me to wear winter woolies all year round even in the 30 degree days . The birthday menu is set, the staff were rude and aggressive and didn't speak English very well and I was inappropriately restrained lots of times. They waved pieces of paper re: other SU's home leave in my face as well as other SU's drug charts. The schedule wasn't very person centred and didn't include community trips/visitors. We were only allowed to see a certain male dentist/male podiatrist and had to have cervical smears against our will. I was under/overdosed, nurses forgot to sign for meds, staff were withhelding parcels, I ran out of meds often and Dr threatened to section me like other nurses for shouting/talking about leaving hospital, two-way radios were too loud, staff fell asleep on duty and I could not have a female giving me my meds and had to have a male squeeze/apply my cream, I had to come to a certain place and queue for meds, staff burst into my room especially at night, agency staff confiscated my charger/phone/denied me fresh air. I have been grabbed by staff, staff woke me up in the night, checked on every 15/30 mins, staff refusing to talk at mealtimes, searched by males/ called for meds too early, not allowed a cup of milk unless on Laxido(Macrogol), staff snatching things from me, pinning me down, referring to my informal leave as S17 leave, rubbery mattresses, nurse call too loud, banned tinned food, late for meds, grounds leave referred to as section, staff taking a description of clothing often suggesting what to wear, staff not let me buy crossdressed sex clothes, threaten to call response team, empty threats of takeaway taken away, other SU's allowed to sit up front in car, called a baby, smacked on bottom, staff throwing cloths at me, not allowed family on unit, ran out of loo roll in hospital, not allowed PRN overnight, dealing with body fluids barehanded, did not get presents on b'day, staff touched vagina, once broke down and hospital refused to get me, had to have early xmas presents as had to be searched, discharge delayed, could only go out on certain days, had to wear PPE if I cooked for people Dec 4th, 2020
