        Very friendly staff. Good gym area, lots of fitness classes available and a small pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Really enjoyed our visit.

        Recently joined with my wife and we both love it here it's a very easy going gym never once felt uncomfortable training or learning or asking for help, with very reasonable priced membership including the pool sauna steam room classes and Evan a great PT scheme available, a huge outdoor track just everything you need great reason to keep going back

        Ive been a member here for around 5 weeks now and Im really happy with how everything is going, staff are always so happy and polite, they are also very on hand to help you, all the facilities are kept clean too, Id recommend it to anyone wanting to kickstart there fitness journey
